Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Marcin Krężel, a private individual based in Poland. For any matters concerning personal data, contact kontakt@krezel-ai.pl.
What data I process and why
I process the data you enter in the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message, together with the type of project and (optionally) the budget. I use it only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without it.
How long I keep the data
I keep the data from your enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you withdraw your consent if that happens sooner. If we start working together, billing terms are agreed separately.
Who processes the data on my behalf
I use external service providers that process data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, anti-spam protection of the form (Turnstile) and anonymous visitor statistics,
- Resend, Inc. – delivering messages from the form to my email inbox,
- Hostinger International Ltd. – hosting my mailbox, where messages from the form and email correspondence are stored.
Hostinger is based in Cyprus, in the European Union. Cloudflare and Resend are based in the USA – data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Just write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your country of residence.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or build user profiles. Your light or dark mode setting is stored only in your browser.
